Radio function is not working on BlueSYNC SPB

Troubleshooting:

• The BlueSYNC SPB has an FM radio function. To access the FM radio, move the mode switch from OFF to MUSIC. Then, press and hold the top control knob down for seven seconds until the speaker says "Enter FM".
  • Does the BlueSYNC SPB go into FM radio mode?
• To change FM stations, turn the knob clockwise to go up in channel or counter clock wise to go down. The speaker will scan for a good station and alert you to the frequency found.
  • Does the station changing function work?
