BlueSYNC SPB will not power on

Troubleshooting:

• Fully charge your BlueSYNC SPB for four hours before using. To power on the speaker move the mode switch to MUSIC. When the speaker turns on it will say "welcome to BlueSYNC SPB".
  • Does the speaker turn on after fully charging it?
• If the speaker will still not turn on, try leaving it plugged in and charging over night.
  • Does the speaker turn on now?
