Devices plugged into 110v outlet not working

Troubleshooting:
 
  • If a device plugged into the 110v outlet of the ReVIVE PowerUP NG1 is not working, please try plugging a different device into the outlet.
    • Does something else plugged into the outlet work?
  • If you plugged something else in an power is still not being transferred, please try unplugging the ReVIVE PowerUP NG1 from the current wall outlet and plugging it into a different wall outlet.
    • Does switching to a different outlet solve the problem?
