ReVIVE PowerUP NG1 is not powering on

Troubleshooting:
 
  • When the ReVIVE PowerUP NG1 is plugged into a wall and receiving power you will see the "Grounded" and "Protected" LED's illuminate.
    • Do these two LED's come on when you plug the ReVIVE PowerUP NG1 into an outlet?
  • If the LED's are not illuminated, please try plugging the ReVIVE PowerUP NG1 into a different outlet.
    • Does the LED's illuminate now?
