Bad Battery life with BlueSYNC WUD

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure to FULLY charge the BlueSYNC WUD before the first use. The battery should last about 8 hours on a two hour charge.
  • Is your battery lasting about 8 hours?
• If not, you may need to exercise the internal battery. This means FULLY charging the BlueSYNC WUD until the amber LED turns off indicating a full charge. Then, FULLY dischaging the battery until it dies. Repeat this cycle 4-6 times.
  • After exercising the battery, does the battery life increase?
