BlueSYNC WUD will not power on

Troubleshooting:

Please make sure the BlueSYNC WUD has been fully charged for two hours.
- Have you charged the speaker?
To turn the speaker on, turn the knob on top of the speaker clockwise,
- Does the speaker turn on when the knob is turned?

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
