- Please make sure the power to the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P is on, the blue LED will be illuminated.
- Is the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P turned on and receiving power?
- There are 5 different USB ports on the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P, please try all the ports.
- Are any of the ports sending a charge to the device you have plugged in?
- Please try different devices, in all of the ports.
- Do any devices receive a charge from any of the ports?
- Be sure to try different USB cables as well.
- Does switching USB cables solve the problem?
