ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P, no power

Troubleshooting: 

 

  • Please make sure the AC power cable is securely plugged into the port for the cable, and that the power switch is turned to the ON position (- symbol depressed). When the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P is receiving power, the LED light will illuminate blue.
    • Is the light turning blue when the switch is in the on position?
  • If no power is being received, please try unplugging the power cable from the ReVIVE PowerUP NG5P and then reinserting firmly.
    • Is power being received now?
  • Please try a different wall outlet if power is still not being received.
    • Does trying a different wall outlet solve the problem?
