BlueVIBE RLX is not charging

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Please connect the included Mini USB charging cable to the BlueVIBE RLX and charge it for 3 hours. When charging, the LED on the headset will be on and red
    • Did the light come on?
  • If not, please try using another Mini USB cable.
    • Did the light come on using a different USB cable?
  • After charging is complete, the LED will change from red to green to indicate a full charge.
    • Did the turn from red to green at all?  

Please contact customer service if the troubleshooting above does not solve the problem.
