Short battery life with the BlueVIBE DLX

Troubleshooting:

• When you first receive the BlueVIBE DLX, please charge it for 3 hours with the included Micro USB charging cable. On a full charge the headset should get about 14 hours of playback time.
  • Do you experience 14 hours of playback time on a full charge?
• If the battery life is shorter than advertised, please exercise the battery of the headset. Do this by fully charging and then fully discharging the battery before recharging it again. Repeat this process 4-6 times. After exercising the battery you should notice better battery life.
  • Does exercising the battery yield better battery life?

** When the battery is low, the headset will emit three tones every 30 seconds.
