Devices connected to the ReVIVE PowerUP Q4 are not charging

Troubleshooting:
 
  • Please make sure that there is power flowing to the ReVIVE PowerUP Q4. Plug it in to an AC outlet.
    • Does the BLUE LED light turn on?
    • If the light does not come on, please try connecting it to a different AC outlet.
    • Does this solve the problem?
  • Make sure that the device you are trying to charge is connnected to the correct port.
    • 1A ports are for smaller devices such as mp3 players, smart phones, and eReaders.
    • The 2A port is for larger tablets and more power intensive devices, and the 2.1A port is for even more powerful devices like iPads and Galaxy Tablets.
    • Does using one of the different charging ports solve the problem?
  • If you are using two power intensive devices such as tablets or large smart phones at the same time, please try to charge them separately.
    • Does this solve the problem?
  • Please make sure that the cables you are using are in good condition and working properly. Unplugging, and re-connecting can help make a better connection bewteen your device and the charger.
  • Try using a different USB cord. The cord you are suing may be defective. Also, some inexpensive cables don't supply enough charging current to support thelatest smartphones and tablets.
    • Does using a different USB cable fix the problem?
